Description THERE MAY BE AN INTERMITTENT HEADLIGHTS STALK SWITCH MALFUNCTION.
Consequences THIS COULD RESULT IN SUDDEN HEADLIGHTS FAILURE WITHOUTPRIOR WARNING WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.
Corrective action REPLACE HEADLIGHT SWITCH, IF NECESSARY, AND MODIFY HEADLIGHT SWITCH WIRING HARNESS.
