BENTLEY IS RECALLING 4 MY 2004 AND 2006 CONTINENTAL GT AND CONTINENTAL FLYING SPUR VEHICLES. THE REPLACEMENT AIR BAG TRIMMED COVERS HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED WITH TETHERS OF AN INCORRECT LENGTH.

IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH, THIS COULD RESULT IN DAMAGE TO THE AIR BAG ITSELF DURING DEPLOYMENT INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURIES. |
Corrective action |
DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE PASSENGER'S AIR BAG COVER FREE OF CHARGE. THE RECALL BEGAN ON MARCH 11, 2008. OWNERS MAY CONTACT BENTLEY AT 1-800-777-6923. |
