My 1996 Cadillac DeVille Northstar ran fine until several weeks ago when I lost 13 gallons of fuel in 12 miles, on my way to work. Two days later, after finding out that there was a recall on fuel rails for my car, I had the car towed to cadillac dealer(Courtesy Chevrolet/Cadillac) in Salisbury,Md.They replaced fuel rail, but did not replace other related recall items related to this recall, the fuel lines and fittings, etc. My car has not run properly since.Cadillac refuses to approve any more work on recall, due to age of car, according to Cadillac.
