I am having a problem with my 1998 Cadillac Sedan Seville vehicle speed control...I had my oil changed recently and they were trying to check the air filter but could not get the cover off...since then I have been having trouble with the speed control...could they have gotten something loose ...in the area of the air filter that would cause this...
Even with the cruise control off, the car still increases speed...I have to stop and turn the engine off...then restart it ...
Would this still be under a recall? Do the recalls ever expire?
