THE VEHICLE CAN BE STARTED AND THEN MOVE IN AN UNEXPECTEDDIRECTION, RESULTING IN A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. THE VEHICLE ALSOFAILS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF FMVSS 102. |
