Consequences |
BALL JOINT NUT COULD LOOSEN CAUSING SEPARATION OF THEBALL JOINT FROM THE STEERING KNUCKLE; THIS COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF STEERINGCONTROL AND A VEHICLE CRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. |

REPLACE IMPROPERLY CRIMPED OR MISSING BALL JOINT STUD NUT COTTER PINS; ALSO, REPLACE STEERING KNUCKLE ASSEMBLIES, AS NECESSARY. |
