PROLONGED BRAKE HOSE CONTACT CAN CAUSE A PARTIAL LOSS OF THE BRAKING SYSTEM. PROLONGED ABS SENSOR WIRE CONTACT CAN CAUSE A LOSS OF ABS FUNCTION. |

DEALERS WILL TRIM THE FRONT WHEELHOUSE SPLASH SHIELDS AND THE BRAKE HOSES AND ABS SENSOR WIRES WILL BE INSPECTED. IF EVIDENCE OF ABRASION IS FOUND ON ANY HOSE OR ABS WIRE, THEY WILL BE REPLACED. |

I purchased a 1998 Dodge Dakota SLT with 91K miles I took it in for an oil change and was notified that the frame was seriously rusted under the passengers door and could break at any time. Is there any recalls that you know of for the frame. Do you know if the frames are covered for the lifetime of the truck. I don't know if any of these recalls have been fixed on this truck is there a time limit for those repairs? Thanks
