I have a 2004 Oddyssey and hate it. The locks and rear vents stopped working over a year ago. The passanger side sliding door had sounded like a derailed train about a year after I bought it and Honda did nothing for it. Steering wheel radio control changes station when trying to change volume. There is no glove compatment light, the charger outlet is so low on the floor that it's difficult to access. the pain is chipping off the passanger side dash. This is my first foreign car and first brand new car. I have to say It's also my first huge dissappoinment in a car. I expected so much more in a Honda. I would never shop Honda again!

I love my 04 Odyssey! It now has 180,000 miles on it and runs fantastic. I've owned both a Ford and Toyota van, but it's my Honda that has really held up. The only sign of wear and tear is my right arm rest on the driver's seat. I took advantage of the transmission recall and have tried to keep up with the dealership suggested maintenance. I believe my van will run for another 150,000 miles and my next car -- is gonna be a Honda.

I been driving my oddyssey for 2 years now. I had my brake pads done about 7 months ago,my trans fluid done 2 weeks ago. I've been having problems with my brakes. Its been touching the floor lately. Sometimes when it does that I have to lift the brake pedal with my foot while I'm driving. I went back to shop that replaced my brake pads and complained about the brakes they said it works fine. Please help.

Do you drive a 2004 HONDA ODYSSEY?

Just because a car has been recalled does not mean it is not a reliable car. Millions of cars get recalled every year. Recalls often involve problems that are rare but could cause a serious problem if they occur. So the risk to any given driver is often remote, even though there may be a few high-profile incidents traced to the problem.
