2/1/2011 - Sam
I thank God and Honda Motor Co.for the recalled
I almost had an accident with my 7months old son, 5yrs old daughter and wife in it on our way to church because the lower link bracket got detached from its frame and almost lost control of the vehicle, 3days later we got the letter from honda and we acted as instructed and they have decided to buy back the car from us. I must confess,I am totally glad within and thank Honda for the timely recall
10/11/2010 - Chris Kuzera
I spoke with John from customer care and he referred to my 2001 passport as a 9 year old vehicle with 150,000 miles like it is worn out. Is that all you can expect from a Honda automobile? I have an American made truck that I use like a workhorse every day and it is approaching 180,000 miles and it is performing very well. I expected more from the company with the reputation that Honda has. My only option is to wait and see what Honda will do. STILL EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.
10/11/2010 - Chris Kuzera
My lower link bracket detached from my car on 10-8-10 causing my daughter and young children to severely swerve off of the road and thankfully only end up in a ditch. I have been researching the recall listed on various websites and my vehicle meets all of the criteria, but Honda will not give me any kind of solution at this time stating they haven't decided which vin#'s will be included in the recall. I am disappointed with Honda's lack of care in this matter because we rely on this car for school 2 jobs and daycare. The vehicle is extremely dangerous to drive and we can't afford to repair it or replace it not knowing what Honda will do in the future. Honda should be accountable and have answers for consumers now not in a month or two or who knows how long. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED.
