I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU BARBARA NIX, MY 2003 H2 HUMMER DONE THE EXACT THING WITH THE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND ALL THE GM WOULD COVER WAS THE MODULE, IT WASNT MY FAULT THAT THE WATER AND MOISTURE GOT INTO THE MOTOR... IT'S GM'S FAULT AND THE SUPERVISOR AT GM WAS SO VERY HATEFUL TO ME AND WOULDN'T LISTEN TO A WORD I HAD TO SAY. GM SHOULD BE SUED....

i HAVE OWNER 4 gm tAHOES (ALL PURCHASED NEW FROM THE DEALER) ONE CADILLAC ESCALADE & A 2003 HUMMER. dUE TO WIPER RECALL-TOOK TO DEALERSHIP & HAVE NEVER RECEIVED FROM GM & THE DEALER SUCH CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. DEALERSHIP REPLACED WIPER COVER/MODULE( I WAS TOLD BY DEALERSHIP MODULE WAS PART OF COVER)GM PAID FOR DIAGNOSIS...UNFORTUNATELY BECAUSE OF THE CHAIN REACTION OF DEFECTIVE COVER--ONLY WIPER OF MULTI-FUNCTION SWITCH WAS BAD($541.00 REPAIR)(SHORTED OUT) AND WIPER MOTOR WAS BAD DUE TO MOISTURE--ANOTHER $500.00+ REPAIR. gm REFUSES TO COVER NOTHING EXCEPT THE COVER/MODULE. WE NEED TO GET A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT...MANY OTHER CONSUMERS HAVE ALSO HAD THIS PROBLEM. I DEALT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS FROM sOUTH AMERICA EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD I WAS SPEAKING WITH REPS IN DETROIT. I BUY AMERICAN, WHY CAN'T I SPEAK WITH REPS FROM THIS COUNTRY & SPEAK GOOD ENGLISH? I JUST COULD NOT GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEMS...GM PAID THE DEALERSHIP TO DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEMS--ANDE
