Problem: THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT CONFORM TO FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 105, "HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEMS", DUE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL HEIGHT BEING ADJUSTED LOWER THAN SPECIFICATIONS.
