| Description |
Altec Industries, Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2017-2021 SK185-MP, and SKC landscaping spray vans. The vehicles are not equipped with carbon monoxide detectors. |
| Consequences |
Elevated levels of carbon monoxide gas may not be detected, increasing the risk of injury. |
| Corrective action |
Altec will install a carbon monoxide detector and safety alert placard, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on May 6, 2022. Owners may contact Altec's customer service at 1-877-462-5832. Altec's number for this recall is CSN 864. |
