THE UPPER PINCH BOLT NUT WAS OMITTED DURING THE ASSEMBLY PROCESS. IF THE NUT WAS NOT INSTALLED, THE BOLT CAN SEPARATE FROM THE UNIVERSAL JOINT.Recall Details
