ENGINE CONTINUED TO RUN AT GREATER THAN IDLE SPEED WHENOPERATOR REMOVES PRESSURE FROM ACCELERATOR PEDAL, WHICH COULD RESULT IN LOSS OFCONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT. |
