Consequences |
IF COMPLETE FRACTURE OF THE FAN BLADE OCCURS, IT COULDBE PROPELLED OUTSIDE THE FAN SHROUD, INJURING PERSON(S) IN THE VICINITY OFTHE TRUCK. |

AN IMPROVED FAN WILL BE INSTALLED ON THESE VEHICLES. |
