CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: THROTTLE SHAFT SEIZURE MAY CAUSE THE ENGINE TO STAY ON FULL THROTTLE, AND RESULT IN LOSS OF OPERATOR CONTROL AND POSSIBLY AN ACCIDENT.Recall Details
