THE KNURLED PIVOT SHAFT (WHICH OPERATES THE WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM) IS WELDED TO A LEVER, WHICH CONNECTS TO LINKAGE FROM THE WIPER MOTOR. THE WELD AT THE PIVOT SHAFT TO LEVER CAN FAIL.Recall Details
