Consequences SEPARATED FAN BLADE COULD RESULT IN BODILY INJURY TOPERSONS NEAR BY AND ALSO COULD DAMAGE THE ENGINE, RADIATOR, ETC. Corrective action INSTALL A NEW ALL STEEL FAN.
