Consequences |
WELD FAILURE COULD RESULT IN SEPARATION OF THE REARPOTION OF THE PINTLE PLATE FROM THE LEAD TRAILER, WHICH COULD CAUSE THE TOWEDTRAILER TO CRASH WITHOUT WARNING. |
Corrective action |
REWELD AND REINFORCE THE JOINT ON THE PINTLE HOOK. |
