2013 VACTOR GUZZLER Recall - EQUIPMENT Problem: Vactor Manufacturing (Vactor) is recalling certain model year 2012-2013 HXX and Guzzler vacuum trucks equipped with an Alkota water heater. These trucks were not equipped with an oil primary control.
