1993 WAYNE LIFEGUARD Recall - LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH Problem: THE THREE-POINT LATCHES USED ON THE EMERGENCY DOORS HAVE BEEN MISTAKENLY ASSEMBLED USING STANDARD NUTS RATHER THAN LOCKING NUTS.
