Problem: ON CERTAIN MOTORCYCLES, WHEN EQUIPPED WITH A WINDSHIELD, THE THROTTLE CABLES CAN KINK AT THE GUIDE BRACKET LOCATED AT THE STEERING HEAD WHEN THE HANDLEBAR IS TURNED ALL THE WAY TO THE LEFT. IN THIS POSITION, A KINKED CABLE CAN CAUSE EITHER A STICKLY THROTTLE FEELING OR PREVENT THE THROTTLE FROM RETURNING TO THE CLOSED POSITION. Recall Details
