THE DEFECT EXISTS IN THE PARKER SCV THAT CONNECTS WITH THE SUPPLY PORT OF THE SR-7 SPRING BRAKE MODULATING VALVE. AFTER PROLONGED USE OF THE PARKER SCV, THE VALVE BODY RETAINER MAY BECOME EXCESSIVELY WORN AND EVENTUALLY BREAK APART.
