Description A SEPARATION MAY DEVELOP IN THE SHOULDER AREA BETWEEN THE REINFORCING PLIES OF THE TIRES. TIRES FAIL TO MEET FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES".
Consequences
Corrective action TIRES WILL BE REPLACED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF OWNER NOTIFICATION AT NO CHARGE TO OWNER.
