| Consequences |
An incorrect axle rating can result in the vehicle being overloaded, causing a loss of vehicle control and increasing the risk of a crash. |
| Corrective action |
Dealers will replace the Federal Placards, free of charge. Dealers were notified August 26, 2022. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-574-642-8943. Forest River's number for this recall is 10-1549. |
