1994 NATIONAL DOLPHIN Recall - FUEL SYSTEM, OTHER:DELIVERY:HOSES, LINES/PIPING, AND FITTINGS Problem: INCORRECT LP GAS HOSES WERE INSTALLED BETWEEN THE LPG TANK AND THE LPG PRESSURE REGULATORS.
