THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 109, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES". THERE IS A POSSIBLE CONTAMINATION OF THE INSERT APPLIED TO THE TOP BODY PLY. AS A RESULT, SEPARATION COULD OCCUR IN THE TREAD AREA.
