THE INVOLVED TIRES FAIL TO MEET THE ENDURANCE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS". THESE TIRES MAY DEVELOP CRACKS AT THE CENTER GROOVE OF THE TREAD, WHICH COULD LEAD TO TREAD SEPARATION.
