A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF THE PRODUCTION IN THIS SIZE AND TYPE MAY HAVE A MISPLACED PLY ENDING IN THE LOWER SIDEWALL. AS A RESULT, FLEXING WILL DEVELOP IN THE LOWER SIDEWALL UNDER SUSTAINED HIGH TIRE LOAD AND COULD RESULT IN TREAD SEPARATION AND COMPONENT BREAKUP.
