Problem: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: CERTAIN MEDIUM DUTY CONVENTIONAL TRUCKS EQUIPPED WITH EATON 19060S SINGLE SPEED REAR AXLES AND MICHELIN 245/70R19.5G XZE TIRES ON THE REAR WHEELS FAIL TO COMPLY WITH FMVSS NO. 120, "TIRE SELECTION AND RIMS FOR MOTOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS."
