I have owned this van for 9 years . The worst problem is that during wet weather the serpentine belt comes off, leaving you unable to steer the van, then you are stuck in traffic trying to put the belt back on.
there are numerous reports of this, yet Chrysler refuses to acknowledge problem. Several aftermarket parts manufacturers even make a retrofit kit to stop belt coming off.

I really like my minivan but I seem to have one problem after another.

we still our 1997 town and country lxi van After 130K miles and great service it has been a good vehicle. When the car was still under warrantee, we brought it in with a sound when turning left just as one of the TSB stated. Chrysler service found no problem yet we continued to have the problem. After all these years and several attempts from Chrysler repair, I went to solve the problem myself. Broken sway bar bushings just like the service from 1998 stated. I fixed this problem myself. Now I find my rear view mirrors keeps falling off. There as several service bulletins or recalls on review mirrors for this year model. I generally get this type of recall notice.
I still like your produces but wish that the service problems with critical items were better handled by Chrysler.
