Problem: VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: SCHOOL BUS CHASSIS. THE INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRING HARNESS CAN CONTACT THE BRAKE PEDAL MOUNTING BRACKET. OVER TIME, THE HARNESS WOULD ABRADE ON THE BRACKET RESULTING IN ELECTRICAL SHORTING. Recall Details - 11/24/1998
