Problem: THE THROTTLE RETURN SPRING ASSEMBLY MAY FAIL AND PREVENT THE THROTTLE FROM RETURNING TO THE CLOSED (IDLE) POSITION WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL IS RELEASED.
