FUEL LEAKAGE, IN THE PRESENCE OF AN IGNITION SOURCE, COULD RESULT IN A FIRE. |
| Corrective action |
DEALERS WILL INSPECT THE FUEL TANK FOR SURFACE IMPERFECTIONS. IF ANY IMPERFECTIONS ARE FOUND, THE FUEL TANK WILL BE REPLACED. OWNER NOTIFICATION BEGAN JANUARY 16, 2003. OWNERS WHO TAKE THEIR VEHICLES TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER ON AN AGREED UPON SERVICE DATE AND DO NOT RECEIVE THE FREE REMEDY WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME SHOULD CONTACT HONDA AT 1-800-999-1009. |

I am a second owner of an Odyssey, with the same torque problem now at 110k miles. Dealer is telling me that they fixed the problem back when the original owner had it....but it is now doing the same exact thing. I am trying to find out if they've had to fix it a second time around.

Our 2003 Honda Odyssey is experiencing serious gear and transmission problems. What is worse is trying to get the help we need in order to correct this problem. We bought this as a used van with the counseled knowledge that Honda is a great car; however, this is ridiculous.
