Description	Hyundai Motor America (Hyundai) is recalling certain 2013-2014 Sonata and Santa Fe Sport vehicles. Machining errors during the engine manufacturing process may cause premature bearing wear within the engine.
Consequences	Bearing wear may result in the engine seizing, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action	Hyundai will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the engine, replacing the engine short block, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began June 2017. Owners may contact Hyundai customer service at 1-800-633-5151. Hyundai's number for this recall is 162.

The OEM tires are garbage. With less then 30K miles on the tires, two of the 4 tires developed bubbles on the sidewall. Thus I had to get them replaced. The other two tires were worn at less than 40K. I meticulously rotate my tires at every oil change.

I bought my sonata August 5th. The recall was obviously known about by dealers before this date. why was the repair not made before the vehicle was sold? Just Saying!
