THE SOFTWARE ON THESE ENGINES MAY CAUSE THE ENGINE TO SHUT DOWN UNEXPECTEDLY WHEN A DIESEL PARTICULATE FILTER OVER-TEMPERATURE CONDITION IS DETECTED. Recall Details
Problem: AMERICAN LAFRANCE (ALF) IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2010 AND 2011 EAGLE FIRE TRUCKS MANUFACTURED FROM OCTOBER 21, 2010, THROUGH AUGUST 25, 2011, EQUIPPED WITH A MERITOR WABCO ELECTRONIC STABILITY CONTROL (ESC) SYSTEM, MANUFACTURED FROM APRIL 2009 THROUGH OCTOBER 2011.
