RECALL FOR EXTERIOR LIGHTING : HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS

Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2019-2022 Xpeditor vehicles. The hazard lights will not function with the ignition turned off. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Vehicle 2022 AUTOCAR XPEDITOR Manufacturer Autocar, LLC Manufactured between 1/1/1900 - 1/1/1900 Recalled on 11/9/2021 Influenced by Autocar, LLC Owners Notified on 3/17/2022 # Affected 947 Recalled for EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HAZARD FLASHING WARNING LIGHTS Description Autocar, LLC (Autocar) is recalling certain 2019-2022 Xpeditor vehicles. The hazard lights will not function with the ignition turned off. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment." Consequences Disabled hazard lighting can increase the risk of a crash or injury in a hazard situation. Corrective action Dealers will reprogram the hazard lighting software, free of charge. Interim owner notification letters informing owners of the safety risk were mailed January 07, 2022. Owner notification letters were mailed on March 17, 2022.
