Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain AJ20-P6 replacement engines. The oil filter housing may crack and leak.
The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 70 units affected.

- Description:
- Jaguar Land Rover North America, LLC (Land Rover) is recalling certain AJ20-P6 replacement engines. The oil filter housing may crack and leak.
- Consequeces:
- An oil leak in the presence of an ignition source such as hot engine or exhaust components, can increase the risk of a fire. Additionally, oil leaking onto the road can cause a hazard for other road users, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Corrective action:
- Dealers will replace the oil filter housing assembly, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed December 6, 2024. Owners may contact Land Rover customer service at 1-800-637-6837. Land Rover's number for this recall is N939.
