- Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain pole position guide arm assembly pins with part number 450543. An insufficient weld on the plate weldment may crack, causing the retaining pin to separate.
- Consequeces:
- Without a retaining pin, the pole guide arm may fall, increasing the risk of injury to people around the truck.
- Corrective action:
- Owners will inspect the plate weldment for any cracks or abnormal welds. Dealers or owners will replace the plate weldment as necessary, free of charge.
