TIFFIN ALLEGRO BUS Recalls

Jun 29, 2026 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2026-2027 Zephyr, Wayfarer, Phaeton, Open Trail, GT1, Allegro Red, Allegro Open Road, Allegro Bus, Allegro Bay, 2026 Midas, Byway, and Allegro Breeze recreational vehicles, equipped with certain MaxxAir N-Series Maxxfan rooftop ventilation fans. The printed circuit board may fail during certain operations and overheat.

Jul 30, 2024 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2025 Phaeton, Allegro Bus, and Zephyr motorhomes. The PowerGlide chassis controller may have insufficient circuit protection, which can result in a blown fuse and cause an engine shutdown.

Jan 23, 2024 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022 Allegro Bus, Phaeton, Allegro Red 360, and Zephyr motorhomes. The pedestal mounting plate on the driver's seat may be improperly welded, which can cause the plate to separate and the seat assembly to loosen or detach.

Sep 20, 2023 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2016-2024 Allegro Bus, and 2017-2024 Zephyr motorhomes. The 240-Volt induction cooktop may not be grounded, which can create an electrical shock hazard if the wires short-circuit.

Jun 05, 2023 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Phaeton, Allegro Bus, and Zephyr motorhomes built on PowerGlide chassis. A fuse will trip during an a/c compressor failure, causing a loss of power to the chassis.

Aug 05, 2022 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2022 Zephyr, 2022-2023 Phaeton, Allegro Breeze and Allegro Bus motorhomes equipped with a Powerglide chassis. The chassis fuse can overheat while the motorhome is in motion, possibly causing the dash display to go blank and the engine to stall.

Nov 05, 2021 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2018-2022 Allegro Breeze, Allegro Red, Allegro, Allegro Bus, Phaeton, and 2018-2021 Zephyr recreational vehicles. The sofa seat belts may not have been installed correctly, which could result in unsecured passengers. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 210, "Seat Belt Assembly Anchorages."

Sep 02, 2016 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2017 Allegro Bus motorhomes manufactured April 12, 2016, to June 21, 2016. Due to insufficient holding power of the mirror arm swivel mechanism, the passenger side mirror could move while the vehicle is in motion.

Jul 13, 2016 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2007-2011 Allegro, Allegro Bus, Phaeton, and Zephyr motorhomes, 2007-2010 Allegro Bay motorhomes, and 2010-2011 Allegro Breeze motorhomes. The windshield wiper arms on the affected vehicles may break off.

Sep 30, 2014 – Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain model year 2013-2015 Allegro Bus 45 foot LP, 37 foot, and 40 foot motorhomes. In the affected vehicles, the Federal Certification label incorrectly states the front Gross Axle Weight Rating (GAWR). As such, the vehicles do not conform to Part 567, "Certification."
