– CERTAIN TRW STEERING GEARS, MODEL TAS85, MANUFACTURED BETWEEN AUGUST 13 AND SEPTEMBER 13, 2007, INSTALLED AS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT ON COMMERCIAL TRUCKS. THESE STEERING GEARS CONTAIN POTENTIALLY DEFECTIVE SECTOR SHAFTS WITH AN INCORRECT GEAR TOOTH WHICH MAY INTERFERE WITH THE RACK-PISTON TEETH, RESULTING IN A STICK OR BIND CONDITION.
