Altec Industries Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2011-2017 Altec LS63 Aerial Devices. The jib mast on these vehicles may bend under load.

- Description:
- Altec Industries Inc. (Altec) is recalling certain 2011-2017 Altec LS63 Aerial Devices. The jib mast on these vehicles may bend under load.
- Consequeces:
- The jib mast may bend and fail, increasing the risk of injury to those nearby.
- Corrective action:
- Altec will notify owners and test the jib mast, replacing any that fail, free of charge. The recall began on October 13, 2017. Owners may contact Altec customer service at 1-205-991-7733. Altec's number for this recall is CSN 664.
