Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Nissan Juke Nismo RS vehicles. Due to a problem within the brake master cylinder, brake fluid may leak into the brake booster, reducing brake performance.
The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 415 units affected.

- Description:
- Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2015-2017 Nissan Juke Nismo RS vehicles. Due to a problem within the brake master cylinder, brake fluid may leak into the brake booster, reducing brake performance.
- Consequeces:
- If brake fluid leaks into the brake booster it can lengthen the distance needed to stop the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
- Corrective action:
- Nissan will notify owners, and dealers will replace the brake master cylinder, free of charge. The recall began March 19, 2018. Owners may contact Nissan customer service at 1-800-647-7261.
