REV Recreation Group is recalling certain 2018 American Coach American Dream and American Revolution

REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018 American Coach American Dream and American Revolution motorhomes, Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Pace Arrow and Pace Arrow LXE motorhomes, Holiday Rambler Endeavor, Endeavor XE, Navigator and Navigator XE motorhomes and Monaco Marquis and Signature motorhomes equipped with an Aurora heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The wires for the HVAC system potentiometer may become disconnected from the quick connect terminals.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 600 units affected.

Description:: REV Recreation Group (REV) is recalling certain 2018 American Coach American Dream and American Revolution motorhomes, Fleetwood Discovery, Discovery LXE, Pace Arrow and Pace Arrow LXE motorhomes, Holiday Rambler Endeavor, Endeavor XE, Navigator and Navigator XE motorhomes and Monaco Marquis and Signature motorhomes equipped with an Aurora heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system. The wires for the HVAC system potentiometer may become disconnected from the quick connect terminals.
Consequeces:: If the potentiometer wires detach and are reconnected incorrectly, there is an increased risk of a fire.
Corrective action:: REV will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the potentiometer and solder the wires or replace the control panel, if necessary, free of charge. The recall began on May 14, 2018. Owners may contact REV customer service at 1-800-509-3417. REV's number for this recall is 180315REV.

2018 FLEETWOOD DISCOVERY LXE Complaints
March 2020, Driver's side low beam lens cracked upon debris impact but still operated. Sealed outside with clear packing tape. July 22, 2023, ordered replacement LED headlights from Kaper II, they had said original lights are not available any longer. In investigating in January of 2023, found a recall for same problem on vehicles manufactured just prior to mine. Details of recall (RECALL CAMPAIGN #170720REV) matched headlights in my coach. Contacted REV Fleetwood, they said not specified VIN in recall, no coverage. Contacted Kaper II (headlight distributor), they said matched description, they would provide original high (not reimburse for low beams), not pay for installation or alignment. Attached is a copy of the Recall & photos of my lights. Note page 2 of 14 for description of defective headlights that my coach lights match.;

2018 FLEETWOOD PACE ARROW Complaints
We bought this MH used; it had 10000 miles registered. We bought it in Florida and started the trip back to Tennessee. We had driven about 100 miles and the check engine warning said the DEF was low. The DEF gauge showed 8.75 gals. When I got to the truck stop I openrd the bay and the guage still showed 8.75 gal. I filled the tank and drove home. I took the MH to TAG, Jackson Tennessee and they checked the computer, it had one recall for something about the air valves which they fixed free. The other was the sensor board on the DEF tank was not working. They replaced the senson at a cost of $2200.00. TAG told me this was a recurring problem and they had fixed many of sensor defaults. I assume the frame manufacturer furnishes the complete assembly, the frame was a Fleetwood. This is a problem that is causing problems and the cost is way to high and will more than likely have to be replaced again.;
