Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Coachmen Apex, Spirit, Primetime Impression, and Tracer recreational trailers. The inner hub bearings may not have been sufficiently greased, which can cause the bearings to overheat and fail.
The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 128 units affected.

- Description:
- Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2019 Coachmen Apex, Spirit, Primetime Impression, and Tracer recreational trailers. The inner hub bearings may not have been sufficiently greased, which can cause the bearings to overheat and fail.
- Consequeces:
- If the bearings overheat, the hub may fail, affecting handling and increasing the risk of a crash.
- Corrective action:
- Forest River will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and repair the hubs and bearings, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began February 4, 2019.
