Chrysler is recalling certain 2019 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks

Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2019 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks, and 3500, 4500, and 5500 Cab Chassis vehicles equipped with diesel engines. The fuel lines may leak fuel into the engine compartment.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 499 units affected.

Description:: Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2019 Ram 2500 and 3500 trucks, and 3500, 4500, and 5500 Cab Chassis vehicles equipped with diesel engines. The fuel lines may leak fuel into the engine compartment.
Consequeces:: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
Corrective action:: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the fuel lines, replacing them if necessary, free of charge. The recall began July 18, 2019. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is V76.

2019 RAM 2500 Complaints
While attempting to pass traffic the truck did not want to shift above or down from 4th gear. This has happened twice now and both times I had to pull over and restart the truck. My safety was put at risk due to lack of propulsion, high rpm of the truck to maintain speed before pulling over. Check engine light came on both times. Although there appears to be a lack of NHTSA reports, I have been sharing this story with others and looking at Facebook groups and it seems the 68RFE transmission is rife with issues and commonly fails while driving, regardless of towing or not.;
2019 RAM 3500 Complaints
HAD RECALL FOR HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP COMPLETED IN 12/2022 AND THE NEW PART HAS PREMATURELY FAILED CAUSING DEBRIS TO GO INTO THE FUEL SYSTEM. THE NEW PART WAS TO PREVENT THIS ISSUE FROM HAPPENING AND IT SEEMS THAT FAILURE AFTER ONLY 3 YEARS MEANS THAT A DEFECTIVE PART WAS INSTALLED OR SOME FORM OF IMPROPER INSTALLATION OCCURRED.;
2019 RAM 4500 Complaints
The contact owns a 2019 Ram 4500. The contact received notification of the NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V398000 (Wheel) and 21V880000 (Fuel System, Diesel) however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The dealer was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not yet available for the recall repair. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.;
2019 RAM 5500 Complaints
The contact owns a 2019 Ram 5500. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled. The vehicle was towed to a certified mechanic to be diagnosed. The mechanic associated the failure with the diesel pump. The mechanic informed the contact that the diesel pump was previously replaced with a generic part. The contact stated that a recall associated with the failure was previously performed by the dealer. The dealer was contacted and informed the contact that the repair was not covered under warranty or a recall. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 110,000.;
