Forest River, Inc. is recalling certain 2017 Dynamax DX3 and Force motorhomes

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017 Dynamax DX3 and Force motorhomes. The front axle stabilizer bracket may not properly mount to the axle, and may break as a result.

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 14 units affected.

Description:
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2017 Dynamax DX3 and Force motorhomes. The front axle stabilizer bracket may not properly mount to the axle, and may break as a result.
Consequeces:
If the stabilizer bracket breaks, a sudden loss of vehicle control could occur, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action:
Forest River has notified owners, and a Detroit Diesel dealer will perform the recall remedy. The stabilizer brackets and I-beams will be inspected and spacers and replacement stabilizer brackets will be installed, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began November 6, 2019.
