Spartan Fire, LLC is recalling certain 2017-2020 Gladiator and MetroStar vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.
The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 1,447 units affected.

- Description:
- Spartan Fire, LLC is recalling certain 2017-2020 Gladiator and MetroStar vehicles. The sealing washer may not seat correctly in the pilot bore holes, allowing the high pressure fuel rail assembly to leak.
- Consequeces:
- A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.
- Corrective action:
- Dealers will inspect the rail threads and fuel lines, and replace the rail as necessary, free of charge. The manufacturer has not yet provided a schedule for recall notification. Owners may contact Spartan Fire customer service at 1-517-543-6400.
