Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023-2024 TL80, TL80/112, TL100, and TM vehicles. The jib extension hydraulic cylinder rod may have a weak weld that can fail.
The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 37 units affected.

- Description:
- Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023-2024 TL80, TL80/112, TL100, and TM vehicles. The jib extension hydraulic cylinder rod may have a weak weld that can fail.
- Consequeces:
- A failed weld can result in the cylinder rod separating from the cylinder, increasing the risk of injury.
- Corrective action:
- Dealers will replace the jib extension cylinders, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2024. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN732.
