International Motors, LLC is recalling certain 2025 EMV vehicles

International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025 EMV vehicles. A circuit breaker may be missing, causing the defrosting system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."

The recall was influenced by the manufacturer with about 22 units affected.

Description:
International Motors, LLC (International) is recalling certain 2025 EMV vehicles. A circuit breaker may be missing, causing the defrosting system to be inoperative. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 103, "Windshield Defrosting and Defogging Systems."
Consequeces:
An inoperative windshield defrosting system may decrease the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.
Corrective action:
Dealers will install a 5A circuit breaker and a label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 17, 2025. Owners may contact International customer service at 1-800-448-7825. International's number for this recall is 24518.
